Should the data be requested, the information is sold to people or organizations that use it for their own purposes. Among the bureau clients, there are over 600 banks, microlenders, insurance companies, and mobile network operators. Bureau focuses not only on the quantity of data, but also on the quality of their processing, and the extent of their availability to clients. Customer technical solutions allow to operate up to the world standard and in full compliance with both Russian and international security requirements. Bureau production system is available on the 24/7 basis.

ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Web API were chosen as core platforms for the services development. With help of these frameworks OMERTEX implemented a number of sites and web services w/ the following features:
- Portal for Individuals — all features are available to the end clients here.
- Administrator panel helps technical staff to modify and modify the feature settings, e.g. tweak the reports.
- Portal for Partners — all features for partners and relevant statistics are here. Services are used for security, scalability, and extensibility reasons.
Credit history (reports) is one of the major factors that influence the decision on granting the loan. Data characterizes how timely the borrowers fulfill their obligations under credit agreements, which increases the level of protection for creditors and borrowers through a general reduction of credit risks. Due to this cause Bureau decided to create an online service for individuals. Service provides the following features:
- Credit reports online availability.
- Credit reports periodic delivery subscription.
- Making requests to CCCI (Central Catalogue of Credit Histories).
- Credit scoring — assessment of a borrower’s creditworthiness based on details of their credit history.
- Triggers — notifications of changes in the borrower’s credit history.
System had a beta period, during which OMERTEX stabilized the platform and added some useful features. Project is in its commercial operation phase. Audience of the project is growing, the Customer receives positive reviews from users and companies. With help of the system the Customer is able to give individuals the ability to estimate the probability of granting the loan. Many people appreciate this opportunity — the system is very popular.
