- Creating of a notification manager that works correctly with repetitive days, which may be completely different.
- Proper notification triggers for an alarm to turn off.
- Simultaneous support for iPhone and iPad.
Notification manager was developed to solve the problem with repeating alarms. It compares the current day of the week with a list of days to repeat and then sets the alarm to the desired day. Service is working as long as the user don’t disable it. Soundtracks were shortened to 30 seconds, which corresponds w/ the maximum duration on iOS. After the notification ends, it’s to be repeated in a minute. Difference in time that occurs is covered by creating another notification, the launch time is 30 seconds later with the same period of repetition. Taken together, both tracks allowed to cover the time for the user to turn off the alarm.
