The main purpose of the System – providing communications and control of the Company’s business ethics that reflects changing international and domestic legislation in the field of combating corruption and bribery.

The system is designed to automate the management of ethical risks.

The System provides the following features:

  • Access the Company’s employees to corresponding electronic trainings
  • Registration of gifts and hospitality in accordance with approvals system, and set the internal documents of the Company;
  • Prompt an ethical certification of any employee / group of employees;
  • Registration of timely and updated information by employees about potential, or real abuses to take adequate response actions;
