PatienCredit is the solution that solves difficulties of managing patient-pay accounts. PatientCredit provides a range of tools and services focused exclusively on patient-pay accounts:
- A self-serve web portal that facilitates payments and payment plans for patients;
- Customized patient statements that are easier to understand and accessible via the web;
- Telephone support for outbound and/or inbound patient calls;
- Lockbox and credit card processing options.
These optional tools and services can be configured to the unique needs of any billing office.
Our mission in this project was implementing a new corporate site, and refactoring of existing solution, as well as adding new functionalities.
